Pick up or delivery dates provided by buyer are not firm commitments. They are merely good faith estimates based on current workflow, material, labor and other considerations. The buyer understands, accepts and agrees that there are conditions outside the seller’s control that may cause delays. No damages will be paid or discounts provided to buyers for product delivery days beyond our good faith estimate.
